Films you fell asleep in

At home I've slept through just about every film I've ever watched at one time or another. Highlights include Black Hawk Down and Training Day

In the cinema - Hideous Kinky - the worst film I've ever seen.
Also Fight Club - I guessed how it would end and couldn't be bothered to watch the rest.

I'll second that!!! Was very near to falling asleep during Brokeback Mountain.

Also Shrek, The Incredibles, Finding Nemo..... I generally hate animations where the effects outweigh the stories!

I enjoyed it, mainly because unlike most people I didn't know the ending so it came as a great shock and surprise. I think you have to be a bit proactive and really imagine yourself being in that situation to enjoy the film. If you just sit back and let it wash over you you probably won't enjoy it much. It is a bit like a segment from 999 though (minus the Michael Burk voiceover).

Lord of the rings
Van Helsing
White Noise

I fell asleep in the cinema during all of those films. Van helsing and white noise were especially crap, I guess Lord of the rings is just too long and drawn out for my liking.

Shame on you! (I'm Scottish too, but, I'm a sucker for a Mel Gibson film) :D

I can't believe some of the answers here. Great movies have been cast aside. How anyone can fall asleep during Pulp Fiction I'll never know ... although I've tried to watch Riverside Dogs many times and found something better to do after the first sceene or two.

Open Water is on Sky something or other now and I've been watching because I've seen parts before but I don't know how it enRAB. Now I'm old and too tired and I think I'll die without knowing how it enRAB.

So dreary and dismal I'd rather sleep.
