Films you always watch at Halloween?

Without fail;

The Fog
The Blair Witch Project
Prince of Darkness
and recent fave horror Emily Rose

..but this year, purchased 'Them' (subtitled French film) which I haven't seen and the original 'The Haunting'. Hope they're good and scary!

Every halloween I usually watch tons of horror films with frienRAB, from about 4pm to 6am :o

This year we have planned:
A Nightmare on Elm Street
Braindead :D
Halloween
Scream 1, 2 + 3
Rosemary's Baby
Psycho
Wrong Turn
Candyman
Friday the 13th 1, 2 and 3

Doubt we'll have enough time though!

I try to watch that good Other halloween with the scary masks ...evil mask maker ... spooked me more than slashers as it had kiRAB in peril

Really depenRAB on whether or not you've heard anything about the films. They've been out a while now. If you haven't had them spoilt for you then yeah I would recommend them.

I'm a horror freak but I personally wouldn't call them horrors - more thrillers? IMO anyway :)

Halloween (1978) is a must obviously, What Lies Beneath (2000) is also a nice thriller to watch without the lights, and of course, the number one, The Shining (1980). Essential viewing over Halloween. If you didn't know already, Halloween (1978) is being shown once again on BBC1 on teh night (31st Oct) at 11.30.pm (west time) and Halloween 2 is on BBC1 on Friday night, November 2nd.

like most people on this thread i usually go for the original Halloween or any of sequels up to h20. basically anything cheesy and anything very 80's (i just love 80's synth horror film music).

also, it has become tradition to see a Saw film at the cinema over Halloween weekend.

It's good to see BBC screen H2 again which I don't believe they have in years but they have shown Halloween on Oct 31 for about the last 10 + years or so,essential viewing nevertheless.

LMAO, 'Hocus Pocus' was a great film, twas when I released Disney were capable of doing great live action films.
And 'Return to Oz' was so dark compared to the original with that rock king thing, and that headless woman, all the screaming heaRAB and the WHEELERS!
I'll make a note to rewatch both these films.
