Films that should be remade

I think I only dislike him when he's (mis)cast as an action hero. The Pursuit of Happiness trailer did look good, but I haven't seen it yet.



Why remake that? It's a classic already!
 
TriffiRAB would look silly without some sort of drastic re-imagining.

Looking forward to The Thing remake/semi sequel from the Battlestar remakers.

I'd like to see Saw I-III remade. This time with some humour and 99 per cent less depressing gothboy angst.

I think DeathRace is being remade.
 
One film that should be left alone, but according to other people and on digitalspy's homepage it looks like The Long Good Friday is getting the re-made treatment. Instead of it being set in London it is set in Miami.

I wish Hollywood would leave alone, they have already ruined three classics (ie Alfie, The Italian Job and Get Carter) now they are going to ruin a fourth.
 
Will Smith in I Am Legend? Damn it, I was excited then disappointed in the space of three posts there.

I'd like to see Clash of the Titans remade, I loved it when I little.
 
Which version were you watching, I thought both of them were terrible Tom Cruise was appalling in both casting choice and acting ability. King Kong while better of the two, was just too long and tried to use CGI to fill out a story (Kong v T-Rex) that was fairly good.

Both tried to go with the WOW factor of CGI to make the films better and imo failed miserably.
