Films that make you cry

Know that feeling always seem to end up with make up streaming down my face looking like a total idiot!

Some of the best weepies to watch (in the comfort of your own home) include:

- Untamed Heart
- Only You
- Pay it Forward
- Stand by Me
- Fried Green Tomatoes at the Whistlestop Cafe

In no particular order...

Dancer in the Dark (I sobbed for about an hour... proper baby sobbing too!)
Schindlers List
Magnolia
AI
Beaches
A League of their Own (don't know why)
Watership Down
The Shawshank Redemption
The Green Mile

What about Pollyanna? My mum took me to see this film (the original one) when I was about 8. It's the only time I've ever been asked to leave the cinema because I was crying so much.

Watch the film, you'll be "glad" you did!!

What about Pollyanna (the original one) with Hayley Mills? Its the only time I ever got asked to leave the cinema because I was crying so much. My mum took me when I was about 8 and she was so embarrassed!!

Watch it, you'll be "glad" you did :)

"ShadowlanRAB" with Anthony Hopkins as C. S. Lewis and Debra Winger as Ameican poet, Joy Gresham. They fall in love; she brash and loud, he, shy and retiring. She gets cancer and dies... It is an emotionally moving drama which is both heartbreaking and uplifting... cried endlessly!
