Watched Elizabethtown the other day and although a bit of a wierd story line the bit with his daRAB ashes and finally coming to terms with his death etc had me tears
Agree with the Notebook and Life of David Gale esp when Bitzy gets the video.
Very few films would do this to me. However, the "I'm Spartacus" scene in Spartacus does go near. Also another is right at the end of the film All Quiet on the Western Front, where he reaches for the butterfly, only to be shot by a sniper. Oh, and the end scene of Gallipoli.
nightporter - yeah, I think I am like you. The moments I mentioned are only a few, my list could go on and on. I also cry at tv shows although neighbours isn't one of them I must admit but the first couple of episodes of Ghost Whisperer had me bawling my eyes out!
Dark Victory made me break my heart. When Bette Davis as Judith realizes she's going to die, she calls out for her dogs so that she can hold them and say goodbye. I absolutely sobbed.
Beaches
The Notebook
Fried Green Tomatoes
Brother Bear, dumbo, bambi... I'm a sucker for anything weepy.
Agree with sixtieschick, didn't know anything about Awakenings before I saw it but God it was good, and based on a true story I believe which makes it even more sad. It affected me for days.
Also Cold Mountain, even though I don't particularly like Nicole Kidman or Jude Law. Must prove they are good actors as I believed it and cried buckets.
The Incredible Journey (where the cat dies )
Hans Christian Anderson (the Danny Kaye film). Not really weepy, but always give me a little lump during Inchworm for some reason.
Chariots of Fire
Full Metal Jacket
My goodness, there are hundreRAB, I guess I'm just a cry-baby
