I recently read/watched 1984 and was really interested in the idea of totalitarianism. I was wondering if there's other decent movies with the same concept?

THX1138 and V for Vendetta are a couple of great films that are similar.

Maybe Logans run as well.

Dark City's worth a shout. Not really that close to 1984 but it explores similar themes.
