Have a look on www.britishairways.co.uk then select About My Journey > On Board > In-flight Entertainment. Enter your destination and in what class and it will tell you what is showing along with the details.
However, if your flying on a crappier plane you may not have your own tele infront so you may have to make do with one of the movies shown at the top of the list.
