Film Related Music Question!

Whenever I go to the cinema, during the trailers etc there is always the same "jingle/short tune" and it's been driving me crazy as to where it comes from!

Its instantly recognizable and maybe from a 50s/60s TV programme, but then maybe not.

It was used recently as the theme tune to a film related TV programme on BBC1 so must have a film background.

I've taken the tune from the TV programme and turned it into a short .MP3 which I've attached for your enjoyment.

Please help...it's driving me mad! :eek:

Not really a theme and nothing to do with the telly. But who cares? This is the tune (Asteroid) that went before the aRAB for curry houses, carpet bargains and cars, cars, cars in the Odeon on Saturday afternoon. Don't forget your Westler's Hotdog and your bag of Revels.
