Film recommendations

Hey there.
I'm really in a big film mood right now and kind of wondering if there are any other films that may be similar to these two films.

-> Invaders of Mars
-> The Faculty

Basically aliens taking over people while people fight against it. I'm wondering if there are any other films similar but it doesn't have to be just aliens, I guess any sort of film where people are being controlled. :rolleyes:

Also if you could point out any good sites that I may also beable to get recommendations that would be great. Also not greatly years old, maybe something 1980s+.

I suppose I`d have to add the Daddy of all alien films as well
The original Alien and it`s sequel Aliens.....I know....you`v almost certainly seen them both...have`t we all....but just in case you have`t there both 10/10 classics.... and you wont be disappointed....Believe it or not the original Alien film was released in 1979...but you`d never know and it has truly stood the test of time


I`d also add

28 days Later.....and the E4 film "Dead Set"....these are Zombie films but are both excellent and well worth watching and they meet the criteria you set out in your post....because in a way the Zombies are Aliens....and fook me they can run.

I particularly liked "Dead Set".....It`s a Zombie film based around the Big Brother House...yes that Big Brother.....and I have to say Davina McCall was the Mother of all Zombies... and to give her credit she played the role really well.....and was vicious to say the least:D

Thanks for the suggestions, i'll take a look at them.

As for Dead Set that was great, seeing Davina as a zombie was awesome. Now if the real Big Brother could be that much fun - lol.
