I am doing my own divorce. I am now working on my financial affadavit. I am self employed. Do I use my CURRENT income to put on the affadavit? I know that I have to submit the past three years of Income statements. I also have a worksheet done showing marital debt. Do I give this worksheet to my husband as disclosure? And, am I to give him a copy of my financial affadavit as well as he gives me a copy?
