I am wondering what are my options are in the case that my family and I were passengers in a roll over car accident due to a blown out tire. I have done some research and found that in most of these cases the insurance company puts blame on the driver for over correcting. I am wondering who I need to contact to go after an insurance settlement for medical cost, lost wages, and the value of the property of mine that was damaged in the accident. I am planning on calling a lawyer but I would like to have a little heads up and a little more knowledge about how this system works.
