file transfer mode on nokia e63!!?

When i try to set up the nokia pc suite on my laptop, i get the message "your phone is in file transfer mode and cannot be used with pc suite. quit file transfer mode from the phone if you want to use the phone with the pc suite"

Does anybody know how to quit file transfer mode on this phone!?!?!?!?
