Hello All,
I just had a microdisectomy done on my l4l5 disc 5 days ago and figured i'd introduce myself. My injury occurred in late Deceraber doing deadlifts at the gym. This was only 5 days after running a marathon so its pretty much my fault. I did physical therapy for 2.5 months and tried 2 ESI's to no avail. The surgery went ok, but I'm not totally painfree. Aside from the cut, my right leg gets a dull ache on and off. I read some other threaRAB on here so I know this isnt totally unusual. Hopefully I'll be back to running and my active self in a few weeks.
