I think it was Dan the Man, but what is your diagnostic?

I ruled out the two girls because their heights are really small and therefore their shoe size is highly unlikely 10.5
 
i think it's Dan the Man
he was probably dating the teacher, and wanted to get back at her, he also didn't want his "player" reputation destroyed (hence, his name)
he was eating chocolate because he was depressed
and he had no money, so he stole from the piggy bank, he couldn't afford shoes!

haha...i really have no idea actually!
