OK so i live in Japan and just bought a 1997 Integra Type R and i am having some problem and was told by guy who works at the auto hobby shop that it could be the master and slave cylinders.
so the problem begins when i turn the car on, i cant out it into any gear at all.
Now if i start the car from first gear i can get it going and while driving i can pop it into any other gear. however when i come to a stop i will put it into neutral and then brake and i cant get it to any gear after that, i have to turn the car off and pop it into 1st and then take off.
Today i went to the auto hobby shop where you can do repairs on your own and one of the workers helped me and opened where the fluid goes and said its supposed to look clear and Len however mine looked dark green. we bleed the system and kept doing so until it turned clear again, he said that its possibly my master and slave cloth cylinder. Does this sound like it could be the case? if one of them was broken would i still have been able to bleed it out? thank you.
