This story is a few years old so its not likely any one will answer but i will try anyway...
It was a short series that the author posted on her website about a girl, possibly in the 1950's, who crashed with her boyfriend while arguing and while he ended up dead she ended up in the hospital in a coma. She dreams or to her its reality that she time travels to the future and past in different scenarios where she ends up in trouble and a handsome guy saves her. It's the same guy every single time and usually he remembers her (sometimes he doesn't) but in every scenario she stops her story short and continues in a different scenario a few times and then continues the cycle according to the author's posts which were made monthly. In the end she wakes up from the coma to find that her hero is her doctor and while her father tells her the doctor was telling her the crazy stories she experienced while she was asleep her doctor turns and tells her everything was true and the end.
main character name is possibly named sarah.
