I still feel a bit bitter when I found out that they changed it to 101 posts to get your own customized one. I actually had to work for mine for nearly a year! Especially since the number of boards I actually frequent in this forum are very minimal.

Though I would love to see the reactions of posters if they ever change it back to the 500 rule. Hey, wishful thinking. :D

So what happened to those days of odd small talks? :P I think I still got your number but I haven't really bothered much of a social life these days. School, school, exams, lurking in Starbucks, rinse and repeat.

I'm just hovering around very few boards these days.

Now that someone mentioned it, I've been in the forum for almost six years. Yikes. Okay it doesn't sound crazy but now I know how it feels for some of you guys a few years back who joined around 2000.

I remember I used to post on the OT board religiously. I also knew or recognized alot of the posters on the board. Today, most of the "oldtimers" I posted with are long gone (unless they're hiding out on one of the threads).

It's been 10 years since I first posted here. Makes me feel old! I wonder if I'll still be posting years from now when I'm sitting in a nursing home playing bingo.

Shout out to anyone here who remembers me!

I feel like I belong to this thread. :look: I haven't posted regularly in a while, and I feel ancient. :sigh: Work has really gotten me so busy. After giving birth I just couldn't find the time to come here, even if the baby isn't with me. :pout:

yeah I'm still in touch with them :) my canadian friend I met here I just saw her in oct. 2009 and my aussie friend I met with her nov. 2008 so it was all fairly recent compared when I first started posting with them around 2002 or 03?
It was really exciting, never did I think I would actually get the chance to meet them. and now I send mail back and forth and we chat quite a bit on fb.

I was bummed when they changed it all to the boring yellow stars :( but it was so exciting to hit a milestone! now I don't post as often, so it's going to take ages to get to another milestone

Our posts are almost the same. I came here from Crashdown.

I tried posting on the Roswell board but one of the mods was cross with me because I made an off topic post, and she said that if I couldn't stay on topic I should go to Off Topic :goof: and I've been at Off Topic ever since.

I was going through a box of magazines/articles/clippings that I collected years ago, and I found a page from one of our magazines (in Australia) that mentioned several websites of fan-type nature for people to check out. And FF was one of them! There's no date, but I'm guessing it must at least be from around 2000, because it's all about Dawson's Creek.

I might scan it one day.. it's got a screencap of the website and all!

Wow this thread brought back some great memories, that have lead to more great memories.

Got my username from the song from Pearl Harbor. Started posting here on the Josh Hartnett thread that became a board.

Then moved to the Roswell spoilers and board, and then the Third Watch thread that became the Third Watch board. Post now here, on TW, and one thread on Roswell.

 Welcome back! I always loved picking the color of my stars, too. And I lost a ton of post counts too...it was so frustrating.

I haven't seen you in like forever, I remember when we use to talk, especially those calls and that crazy bf of yours.

I use to post here a lot, now am just a legend.

We joined at the same time, Lem :) I just realized that. But you're postier than me :D
How did you find your way here?

It's amazing to see how :ff: has grown over time and to see how many boards there are now.

Terriberri, that's so cool that you got to meet posters in person
Are you still in touch?
