I have a few questions about sex that I'm too shy to ask my GP about. Things I've always wondered about but never found out the answer. Here goes:
1) Can anal sex weaken/damage the anal sphincter (entrance) muscles? I heard a lot of homosexual men get problems 'keeping it in' as they get older. Is this a myth?
2) My girlfriend has never been able to orgasm through penetrative sex (neither with me nor with previous partners). I provide oral sex every time so she gets her turn too. Still I wonder whether she's just not found the right position, or just hasn't been able to let go as much while having penetrative sex. Are some women just completely unable to orgasm through penetrative sex? Any advice on what I could try?
3) It is often advised that one should not have anal sex and then vaginal/oral sex, because the anus has bacteria that are not dangerous in the anus, but are dangerous in the vagina/mouth. This makes me wonder whether "rimming" is safe.
4) How much pleasure can oral stimulance of nipples give to women? Because I'm a man, I really wonder what it feels like and how much of it is ideal in an act of sex.
5) Rationally speaking, this is completely weird and I'm not sure why I like this (maybe this is what a fetish is), but I'd like to ejaculate on my girlfriend's face. I really don't know why. Perhaps it's to do with evolution: to make me feel like I'm an alpha-male or similar. So two sub-questions:
- Why do I feel like this if I love my girlfriend a lot and don't want to 'humiliate' her?
- If it's a normal thing to feel, then how do I express this to my girlfriend? Do most women mind this (honestly), and is there an underlying meaning?
