Females: What do you wear under your bike shorts.?

I can't wear nothing because well..... Blagh I can't really ask this on here. Just let me know what you wear. I know guys go commando but that does not work for me. Not that I don't want to.
 
Nothing of course, bike shorts are so much more comfortable that way.

The benefits of wearing padded bike shorts (with no underwear), include having some padding to your sensitive areas, with no uncomfy seams (which can cause unpleasant chaffing).

EDIT
If you are worried about personal hygiene, treat the shorts like normal underwear & wash them on a regular basis. That's why it's good to have at least 2 pairs of shorts, so you'll always have a spare clean pair to wear.
And if it's that time of the month, tampons are the best option.
A cold water washing cycle & letting the shorts air-dry (inside out) keeps them nice & clean.
