Fellow iPhone DEVELOPERS QUESTION ABOUT BETA 3 OS4.0?

Ok, so I have the beta 2 on my iPhone. If I upgrade it to Beta 3 will it delete all my folders, like if I have a assassins creed and brothers and arms in the same folder. Will they still be, or are all the folders separated.
