everytime I apply pressure on the left side of my throat, It feels as if I'm moving something, and it makes a noise, like when cracking your knuckles, but not exactly like that, just close to it, yet on the right side of my throat, it doesn't feel like that? And when I swallow my saliva, I hear the same noise...is this normal? it doesn't hurt, and I do have a cold, my doctor told me there's an infection in my throat, because I keep trying to clear my throat everyday...but something feels odd when I apply pressure with my fingers, like a windpipe or vocal cord or tonsil is dislocated, any ideas?
