feeling weird after having sex?

i've been having symptoms which only seem as pregnancy symptoms since having unprotected sex in may...i also missed two periods since then and had a very light blood flow for 3 days at the end of june.
i had unprotected sex again today (with my boyfriend) and i'm feeling weird in my tummy and down there? it might all by in my head but it's not feeling right? we were speaking about having a baby.
i have the doctors tomorrow but any reason why i'd be feeling like this?
my breasts hurt a lot last month and it's started to wear off but now it's back again after having sex?
 
chest sore, feeling fuuny, abdominal pain and weird unconformable feeling in and around private area. BIG SIGN: missed 2 periods since last time had unprotected sex. You are PREGNANT.
