I really need some direction...

I have had this "brain fog" issue for years...but it has been getting worse & worse. 2 years ago, I stopped taking adderall, because I had read it could be a contributing factor (also it was messing up my HR). Anyways, I was doing fine without it...

Had a bout of depression & went on celexa last year for about 6 months, but I'm off that now. All I am taking is seasonique now.

Anyways, I had been noticing it was getting worse, but I was getting by okay since I was just in school & could manage my time better & could schedule study times when I was feeling a little better.

Now I am in my clinicals (I am in physical therapy school) & am working 8-5 M-F, and it is REALLY affecting my performance. I'll spend 15 mins reading a patient's file, and then have absolutely NO idea what I just read. My clinical instructor will list of 3 things to do with the patient, and I will immediately forget them. I feel like an absolute idiot. I try SO Hard to listen. I *look* like I am paying attention, I *feel* like I am paying attention, but I am not at all. This is a really important learning experience, and I am not gonna get anything out of it if I can't get my act together. It is like this constant spaciness/brain fog. Caffeine somewhat helps, but not much (it gets worse if I don't have any though).

I exercise at least 5x/wk & eat very healthy. I recently had blood tests because I am in a medical trial (for my birth control pills...they are kinda like a trial version of seasonique) & everything came back normal for what they tested.

I know if I just go to a doctor, it will be pointless - my sort of symptoms are the ones that get ignored.

help...please. I cannot go on like this :(
