Feeling soo weird, is this pregnancy?

i am feeling soooo run down
i just want to sleep and sleep.
i feel sick.
my boobs hurt every now and then.
and i find myself weein alot.
if i were pregnant i would be 3 weeks.
i had some kinds of light bleeding around to
time of my period

am i having early pregnancy signs?
took a test yesterday afternoon it was negative, still a chance im pregnant?
 
Symptoms are pregnant like try tested at morning with first urines and use digital test. U may had a bleeding around your period that maid be implantation bleeding if test is possitive contact your dr. I get my syptoms in a 2nd week and then test was negative too. Good luck
 
You may have just had a messed up cycle. Take another test in a week if you still think it's possible.
 
You could still be pregnant if the test is negative. You do have some pregnancy symptoms. I would make a DR appt and get a test done that way!! If not you may have something wrong or sick someway because that is weird to be tired all of the time!!
