L Libster New member Oct 27, 2010 #1 I like running, and I go 3 times a week with my mum. But after about 15 minutes of running, I start to feel sick. I've never actually thrown up, but it feels like I am going to. If it gets really bad, I stop and tell my mum. Is this normal?
