Feeling sick all the time

I dont' know why but I can wake up feeling great and sometimes during the day I will get really sick and achy feeling like I'm getting the flu. Sometimes I will run a slight temperature.
I had digestive problems and get constipated a lot, if I'm really constipated or have diarrhea I will get these sick, achy feelings also.
These things pass and I will be fine again.
Today, I started getting really achy so I laid down to take a nap and woke up and my heart was pounding. That was really weird and a bit bothersome.
I feel a bit better and I have a very slight temperature. My temperature tends to run low on the norm anyways, ususally a 97. or so and it was 98.2, which is high for me.

sounds like a low grade bug. could be envirnmental or food related as well. You can try logging what you eat to start and just see if there is a pattern. Drink a lot of water..flush it out of your system. I actually would fast for a day if possible and drink a lot of water and just see if i could flush it out. Then i would begin a food log and just review it after a week to see if there is any correlation. Lastley, inflammation in your body could be doing this too.So many theories are possible, I'll just list all my thoughts:bug, food reaction or allergy, enviornmental reaction, poor diet..high in carbs and processed foods, possibly fried and junk food diet, yeast overgrowth (there is a site called end-fatigue that talk about this)..On a physical note maybe a good idea to go to your doctor and get a full bloodwork and check up and tell him whats going on, an old injury flaring up, any item placed in your body from a surgery? Are you sitting under flourecent lighting all day?Just some thoughts. Good luck and hope you feel better soon.
