Hello,
Why can I drink several beers, do no exercise at all, eat unhealthy food and get almost no sleep and still feel very good and productive at work the next day? This is what happens to me and I don't know why. It can be the other way around also but the point here is that i see no pattern between what i did yesterday and how i feel today.
Some days I can do everything right, eat right, sleep good, no alchohol and on top of that walk for 1 hour, and still feel bad the next day. I don't know why this is happening, is it only happening to me or is this happening to other people aswell?
