Feeling dizzy when I don't exercise?

Okay I'm 17 years old, female, slight of build, 163cm, 47kg. I normally made a habit of walking daily for about half an hour at a fairly fast paced walk up until 2 weeks ago since I got busy with school work.

I suffer from panic attacks and am on anti-depressants called 'Avanza SolTab 30mg'. The panic attacks and medication can sometimes make me feel a little dizzy or off balance, but recently since I started doing school via distance and I've stopped walking as much (more like two times a week now for the same time and pace) since I've been quite busy with my school work; and I am feeling dizzier than I normally do.

Since I stopped walking as much I've been feeling more off balance and dizzy and easily running into things. After I walked the other day I totally wore myself out as it was quite hot and got a nasty stitch in my side, and when i was looking at my mum from about 3 and a half meters away and her head was vibrating a little like a heat wave makes the air look like its vibrating, which was weird.

So basically my question is can not exercising when you normally do exercise make you feel dizzy and off balance and can you help it somehow? My dad was also telling me when he was in his early twenties he jogged 7kms each day was quite thin and fit and when he didn't do that he felt a bit dizzy.
