well i used to be skinny and ate rly low cal and excercised heaps and didnt eat junk food, but now im like in yr 11 i dnt have time to excercise tht much anymore and im eating more food
well anyways ive been doing sqaud swimming and going to the gym and i did the leg press at the gym heaps on like 54 kgs and yeaa its rly bulked up my thighs and ive only gone and done it on 3 occasions! and my size 0 jeans tht used to b well fitting i now cant get over my mid thighs..
i feel horrible fat and discusting, and pms on top of it and i dont want to go to swimming squad or coaching anymore cos i look so much fatter in my swimmers like my thighs are huge and ew the guy i like will b like ow shes put on weight or smthing
and pls dnt tell me no ur fine or anything cos im not,
i just want to know wat i can do to reduce the thighs.
