Hi,
I'm feeling pain in the right lower back upto the kidney.I also have pain in the
right lower ab and sometimes feel slight nausia.Suddenly I also feel the same pain in my left back but not upto the kidney. Is it kidney/lever problem or due to colities? Please answer me.Thanks.

Wow, I am sorry you are having so much pain. It could be the collitis if you are a sufferer of that. I would put a call into the doctors office that treats you and speak to the nurse. She could direct you better than any of us. It doesn't sound like a back problem to me. My mother also has collitis and crohns and when the collitis flares up, it will affect her back but she has never mentioned anything around the kidney. Give that nurse a call. Better to be safe than have something ignored that could turn worse. Good luck to you!!

just a thought for ya here but i do think you really need to just seek out your primarys help and obtain some lab work on both the kidneys and your liver just to start.just see if those are okay then start working on the back area and see where the pain symptoms lead you.you could have some type of kidney issue or a liver and kidney issue.i didn't have a freaking clue that i actually had been living with a liver and kidney disease my entire life til i was around age 40 and my son became gravely ill and presented being in liver failure(he was only 12 years old).thats when i was told we,his parents had to both have ultrasounRAB to just find out which one of us actually had this particular disease since it was inherited from one of us.(polycystic kidney disease, with liver involvement).alot of people actually have this disease but really don't have a clue since your lab nurabers wont change until the very real damage just hits some particular level.but ultrasound does show it really well.you just really do need to find out what is generating this pain.just simple bloodwork with an ultrasound would let you know for sure whether this IS or isn't an actual kidney issue.then you can move onto other possibilities if everything shows normal.but with your current symptoms, this possibility at least really neeRAB to be ruled out.you just really need to know that this isn't a kidney issue.i do wish you luck with this.please let me know just what you find out.marcia
