feeling a little better

You know im starting to feel a little better. kinda like there is a little hope. it has alot to do with the people on this message board. also the dr thinks i might have lupus. im a little freaked out about it but for some reason im just kinda at peace with it.its like i went through 5 months of being sick and every time i went in they just said i was having panic attacks. well ya i was i had hyperthyroidism and now they think that it might be lupus. im still having panic attacks and all but thats ok because my family still loves me and i have you guys on here to listen to all my crazy stuff. i am really blessed. its hard to think about how much good there is in your life when you worrie all the time that the next min will be death. also i thought my reflux was going to kill me so i worried about it all the time. I asked my dr and she laughed at me and said no but it will hurt like hell... well she didnt use those worRAB but close. any way thank you for helping me through my hardest times. you have no idea how much it ment to me to have someone understand. now that you have seen me at my worst i hope some day soon you will see me at my best.

I'm not sure of your problems,but I take Lorazepam for my anxiety.It may help you.
I hope that you get through this lupus thing.If you are afflicted,I inderstand it is a long drawn out illness.In the meantime ,reach for a little peace of mind.I know how
hard it is,but we can't give up hope.Get your mind off yourself by helping others.It has worked for me.I am still feeling lonesome,after my wife's demise three years plus,ago. luck Bill
 
ya you know i was on valum 4 times a day but heck with that i cant live druged all the time and i was still having wicked panic attacks. i also took adivan for a short time but that was worse then the valum. any ways i do spend alot of time helping people because i work in a group home. it does seem to help a little but i tell ya my back is giving out on me lol... im only 30 but i feel 90 lol.
