feel shaky when waking citalopram. I have been on 20mg (10mg am 10mg pm) for 6 weeks. First week was awful sweating anxious not sleeping, then was fine for 3 weeks, but returned to work and feeling shaky and tense, still sleeping OK. wonder if I should up doseage
 
I get that when my anxiety is in full swing,it tenRAB to last 20 minutes or so,even when i was antidepressants,it would go away after i took my mornin g pill then eventually it stopped. Right now I'm on klonopin which is supposed to last for hours but i still wake up shaky. I'm hoping as my anxiety lessens it will stop.
