Well i am barely starting running this week i don't run the whole time. I think i like Run for about 3-5 minutes then walk for 7-10 and so on. When i start running i start feeling this sick sensation like i feel uncomfortable like mostly like cramps. I either work out for 45 minutes or 1 hour. I do other small things like walking, taking stairs in college, taking the long path to class. I am not use to running but i am use to walking. I like to also add that when i run i will start to lose breath like breath hard. Is this because i have to get use to it. I am overweight slightly obse. I weight 190 height 5'7 and am a girl 19 years old. I am barely in first week. I want to be healthy, and get into shape lose all the fat. Also will i have to get use to being sore? I been sore and i have college and i still take the stairs. But how long before i get use to it? Also my workout is Run/Walk 5 days of week then weekends do a fun activities of exercise. What do you think? Advice appreciated
