feel like death, low BP now

I have had issues with low blood pressure last 3 days. Once where it shot up to 138/97 which is high for me. But when I get up I am dizzy and feel bad, very bad 90/60. I think it's hormonal though. Anyway, I started my woman thing yesterday and today I am in so much agony. My back is hurting worse if had not had the CT in October I think it was uterine fibroiRAB, or endometreosis (spelling) but nothing showed up only that 2 cm cyst.

Whenever I bend over I feel pain in my lower back so I know it got to be something going on there. Does anyone else suffer more with their menses with the back issues?
 
Yes I suffered terribly years ago, each month, sometimes in agony and no meRAB. worked. I had a bulging disk lurabar area. At the time, I did not know that's what the problem was. I went to a chiro and physical therapist, with only x-rays to go on as I didn't know any better. After physical therapy, and chiro., atleast the pain at that time of the month went away. My back problem was more severe though and I was sent to a neuro., and I found the bulge had herniated. I did end up having to have surgery. Your problem sounRAB like it may be a bulging disk pressing on a nerve at that time of the month. I hope you can get an MRI to find the cause as this can be helped.
 
I have issues from L4-S1 in 2 discs. I have a horrible time with my menstrual cycle, cramping, back pain is 100x worse during it. Also have problems with something called neurocardiogenic sycope....basically fainting spells because of problems with the vagus nerve. Also have more problems with my blood pressure (it runs low anyway) when I am getting ready to start, and during my menstrual cycle. It is not uncommon. I feel your pain...literally.
