federal student loan for a car?

I am enrolled in school and getting ready to go but I need a car.
I can't get a personal loan from a bank my parents have bad credit and I have no credit.
I really don't want to have to drop out because of no transportation.
i was planning on getting one for 5,000
I don't think I'd be able to afford payments tho.
After insurance and gas.
there is no type of loan i could get or government aid or anything??
 
Can you make payments? Go to one of those buy here, pay here places, But those cars are sometimes not very good. Some are ok though.
 
You will not get a federsal student loan for a car. There are many laan options out there for bad and no credit situations. Your best bet is going to a car dealer, (Do you research first), and try to get a loan through them for a small used car. Alot of the car dealers have major sales going an, and you can probably get a car for under $5000. They will find a loan for you.
