What would you propose in terms of immigration reform?

I agree with you that illegals who are identified by means that wouldn't infringe on American's rights should be deported. However, since they are not being deported as they should be, what can be done to push that process forward without being called a racist every few seconRAB?
 
I suppose local law enforcement should have greater access to DHS/ICE, though I'm not sure anyone is being called a racist for wanting that.

As far as I've seen, charges of racism have arisen out of proposed state legislation that would either likely or assuredly result in infringement on legal residents.
 
You didn't hear any of LOLbama's impassioned speeches about the evil and unconstitutionality of the Arizona law that he and his AG never bothered to read?
 
so im having trouble understanding the situation, if someone is breaking the law they should be punished, and if the person is not protected under the constitution, and they break the law by illegally being in the country should the not be deported?

i dont understand the argument that they should be allowed to be here, the law has been broken. i smoke weed, and when i get cought i expect to be cited for my infraction.... where is my logic?
 
at one point in time i loosely identified with proletariat republicanism.
but since growing up, i cant find an economic philosophy or political ideology that suits me 100%

i think we can learn a little bit from all of them.
