K, so I'm scared of doctors, nurses and paramedics but my teacher set me up to have a meeting with the school nurse [with my best friend there] to talk about it, find the roots etc, but it didn't work. in fact made it worse - a lot worse. we were told to wait in the room for the nurse - which made me cry and when the nurse came in i panicked and walked out saying "i can't do it, i, i just fricking can't" and went outside to my friend and burst into hysterics. I then went to the canteen and the teachers were trying to force me into the room.
Now i don't know what to do at all, i'm petrified. Please help.
