FEAR of watching movies like copping/cutting/hurting people.?

hi, i have an unusual fear... not sure whether there are ppl with the same fear or not... recently i found that when ever i see movies like any1 got killed by chopping,cutting or hurting in many ways with lot of blood bleeding everywhere i feel like its hurting me.. or my body... im imagining that its happening to me...or like that..... any1 pls help me...
