Fear of cancer

I just got through watching the Farrah Fawcett documentary. It just ripped my heart out. I feel so incredibly bad for her. She is one of the strongest women I have ever seen. I don't think I could make it through what she has been dealt. Quite honestly its my worst fear! Just watching her with cancer and the treatments makes me have severe anxiety. I am so worried about ever getting anything like that. It ruins the life that I am living now.

I know I need to trust in the Lord. She is too. Cancer doesn't have favorites. It can just strike anyone. These kinRAB of things bother me for days after watching that. I will and having been praying for her and all ill people. And if I ever have a hard road to walk I pray for God's grace and strength. God Bless Farrah!
 
Someone once told me that it is nature's law:

When the mind is weak, the body is strong,

When the body is weak, the mind is strong.

It is some internal instinct, like fight or flight.

Humans have tremendous capacity to handle diversity in the moment.

It is anticipatory thoughts that ruin everything.

I understand how you feel since I am going through a similiar thing.
