okay, well everytime I get on a bike, I can't seem to make it stabilise, and keep thinking I'll fall.
When I was 11 yrs old, I used to ride my bike quite a bit, and loved it, but now I seem to have no control over which way the bike's gonna go. I can't turn corners either, everytime I try, I fall, along with the bike. I feel like I toddler everytime I get on a bike, I'm so crap at it
When I was 11 I was riding pretty fast down a hill and there were cars parked at the bottom of the hill and I started going too fast, out of control and I thought I was gonna die, I turned the bike at the last minute, fell pretty heavily and my hand got cut badly. I could see my hand muscles which was pretty creepy
I've never been *brilliant* or even good at riding but it was fun.
I've pretty much never ridden since
Has that got something to do with my fear of falling off a bike?
How do I get over the idea that I'll fall off the bike?
How do I regain confidence in biking?
Any tips?
a bicycle, not a motorcycle, though I would wanna try a motorcycle at some point in life
i know I don't have to do it, but I want to. It's healthy, good for you and most of all, it feels really free. Better than a car anyway, and you can get where you want pretty fast. But my no.1 reason is I just wanna get rid of this fear,
Hey! What's religion got to do with my question!
