Favourite Pacino Movie?

I sat and watched a few of my DVRAB of films that feature the legendary Al Pacino a few days ago and I got to thinking about which one of his films is my favourite.

I think Serpico is often overlooked but for me its between The Godfather Part 2 and Scarface.

What does everyone else think is his best movie?

Oh my, so many to choose from.

I would probably have to go for Dog Day Afternoon also, with City Hall coming up a close second.

(I notice how no-one has gone for Dick Tracy yet. Wonder why?)

Dog Day Afternoon made me sit up and notice how good an actor pacino is. Very average film made very good by some superb acting.

They were also both in Mean Streets. This time, within the same timeline.

donnie brasco, al as lefty was so realisitc it was scary.

I want to see Donnie Brasco. Ive been reading articles on the real life Brasco and how that whole undercover sting was done. Cant wait!
