What's your favourite movie twist?

I think mine would be The Others because I had no idea that Nicole Kidman's character and her kiRAB were actually dead.

I also liked the Sixth Sense for the same reason above.

And the ending to Saw was great as well. Didn't see that one coming.
 
I thought that the sixth sense was completely obvious right from the start when bruce gets shot.
The others and usual suspects i agree with completely.
The shawshank redemption,was not expected that tunnel behind the poster.
 
Although arguably silly and something of a cheat, Identity took me completely by surprise.....and I'm normally pretty good at working these things out. I had a fair idea who the "murderer" was quite early on but the uber-twist totally eluded me.
 
...or when the audience find out they have been watching anything but a horror film! Contrary to what the trailers would have had you believe...

The Shawshank wasn't really a twist. It didn't make us suddenly see past scenes in a new light in the way The Sixth Sense did. It didn't guess the latter twist but because I'd seen the 6th Sense the twist in The Others was quite easy to guess early on. And once you've guessed it there's not much fun in watching The Others.
 
Hmm, capitals would help... Not sure I want to see Saw.
My friend Michelle in Brighton says they're going to do one of those beach screenings of the film there. Her reactions to horror films are so good I generally end up just looking at her, so I might go and join her down there.
I'll let you know if I see 'Chelle see Saw on the sea shore. Ahem.

Throughout the film Jeff Bridges suspects that Tim Robbins is a terrorist but when he finRAB out Tim Robbins plans to blow up the FBI building it is Jeff Bridges who drives his car into the building and the bomb was in his car's trunk and blows up the FBI building. :cool:
