What's your all time favourite Mel Brook's spoof movie..

Most i can remember are...

Young Frankenstien
Spaceballs
Robin Hood: Men in Tights
The Producers
Life Stinks
Blazin Saddles
Dracula: Dead and Lovin It
Silent Movie
The Producers 2005 : The Musical

This guy is a legend and i really enjoy his humour. :D

My favourite is The Producers 2005. It's an improvement on the original i think and the songs fit the film perfectly. It really takes the mick out of everything, also the actors are brillant..Nathan Lane,Matt Broderick,Uma Thurman and Will Ferrel. :)

Young Frankenstien is a very close favourite aswell though... :o :D

They are the only thing that stopped the film from beating the broardway version, i couldn't stand them.

The best Mel Brooks film has to be

High Anxiety
Young Frankenstien
Spaceballs
The Producers
Life Stinks
Blazin Saddles

I think it's a tie for Blazing Saddles and Young Frankenstein.

It's a very long time since I've seen The Producers, mind you, but I do remember that being very funny.

Blazing Saddles was groundbreaking and is a very very funny film.

The original Producers is excellent, but the 2005 Film (basically a cheap show conversion) was rightly panned across the board. No LSD (not a relevant character anymore) Making DeBris play Hitler, giving Will Ferrell faaaar too much to do. So dull. The courtroom scene was pathetic. As a broadway show...good. As a movie it was an insult to the original in every possible way.
