Favourite Disney Movie

Someone brought Robin Hood on video to school, and the teachers let is watch it (it must have been near the end of term). I thought Robin Hood was the dog's. My dad asked me what I wanted for my birthday, and I replied that I wanted the Robin Hood with animals, where they fire arrows up peoples' bums! I was seven.

101 Dalmations was a bit posh, and has dated somewhat since it was released. I get why Americans think British are weird. The media they consume includes this film, and so everyone across the pond thinks we live like they do.

Yeah, she was pretty cool actually. I've got a mother-in-law now.

That dalmation was an inspiration to how I live my life (the eating thing, not the sniffing other peoples' arses, drooling and shitting on the carpet thing.).

Pinocchio and Lion King WERE released on DVD, but as Disney have always done with certain "classics" they are limited release, and now unless paying sky high prices for 2nd hand copies, are unavailable to buy until the next Disney release period. The Pinocchio DVD will probably add something new since the previous version was only one disc and Disney are now in the tradition of releasing 2 disc editions. Its likely the Lion King DVD in 2010 will just be a reprint of the previous version, allbeit with different boxart or something.

What else can you add to a film released in 1940(ish)? I don't think they can find anything new to put on as an extra for Pinocchio. I mean, they were scraping the barrel with the DVD I bought. They had a "don't play with matches," informational film.
