Favorite villain gangs (non super villain teamups)

I did some checking, and there is a pattern between Teams Aqua, Magma, and Galactic in the anime. In AG 96 and 97, it's the last time you see the two former teams, and in DP 96 and 97, it's the first time you see Team Galactic as a whole. Up to that point, the only Commander you saw was Saturn, but in those two, you not only see him, but also Jupiter, Mars, AND Cyrus.
