I always like the Citizen Kane parodies. There have been so many. But "Rosebud" ep seems to have the most.

I would say "The Springfield Files" and their parodies on The Shining and the Twilight Zone series (where Bart acquires magic powers to read other people's minRAB and to change them to various things)
