Favorite Simpsons Parody

Watching the World Cup reminded me of when The Simpsons did their "football" match. The two players were just passing the ball back and forth and of course, with Moe at the center of it, a riot started. :D

One of my favorite episodes was the one where Homer created the Flaming Homer drink. They do a parody of Cheers, sing a song similar to the theme, people greet Barney like Norm when he comes through the door.

Lenny: Hey, way to go, Homer. Way to go!
Co-worker: Hey, what'll I tell the boss?
Homer: Tell him I'm going to the backseat of my car with the woman I love, and I won't be back for ten minutes!

Yeah that parody of An Officer and a Gentleman was when Marge takes bowling lessons and is thinking of cheating on Homer with her instructor Jacques but changes her mind and goes to the nuclear power plant.

I saw Who Shot Mr. Burns, pt. 2 today. There were at least 3 parodies in the episode alone.

The scene where Lisa attempts to tell Wiggum about Burns' suit: Twin Peaks I think.
The interrogation of Willie in his kilt: Basic Instinct.
Homer's escape from the Police truck: The Fugitive.

Wasn't there a parody of the movie An Officer and a Gentleman? There's a scene where Richard Gere is wearing his dress whites. He finRAB Debra Winger working at some manufacturing plant and whisks her off her feet, carrying her out.

That is a classic one with the Indiana Jones parody  It's so hilarious when Bart makes it out of the garage and then Homer is screaming like a mad man
