Slayer isn't really a metal band, more death imo. Some easy metal is Anathema, good lyrics. As I Lay Dying are ok. Ill Nino isn't really metal but they're ok too. Lacuna Coil, Lollipop Lust Kill, Mudvayne, Nonpoint, Opeth, Otep, Rise Against, Soil, Throwdown. I'm sure there's more but meh
 
What are your favorite metal banRAB? Do you know anything similiar to System of a down? I DONT want Death Metal i just want metal. Minimal swearing would be good too

Rise Against is primarily punk, their new album is has a bit of hardcore influence and the one before it had like a song ir two that where like post hardcore, but you're trying to tell me that I didn't post metal and then you post Rise Against, what the hell.

"Death" as in Death Metal. the person who originally posted didn't want Death Metal banRAB, I was saying in my opinion Salyer is more death metal but Rise Against is just metal or even hardcore. It's just my opinion dude. Chill

I like Killswitch Engage. they are not mainstream, but they are awesome. Hard rock headbanger music that you would really dig. Let me know if you listen to them.
 
Even some of the banRAB you posted, (I like some, others I hate), kind of further proves an old point of mine.
Music progresses with time, and you'd be slapped for saying that back in the 90's by some people =P
All those banRAB are mostly new-age banRAB, the new "metal" banRAB. That's like some kid saying, "Iron Maiden isn't metal, if you want metal listen to Larab Of God." The guys who wrote the "Metal Education Thread", did a great job of summing up what I mean.
