Favorite Intergalactic Conqueror

I usually don't do many Threads but just watching TMNT 2K3 wanted to talk about the villains from other planets that have conqueror other worlds, even destroying them. Here are my favs:

Ch'rell or The Shredder (TMNT 2K3): Amazing how a creature like Ch'rell turned into the greatest scourge of the galaxy, conquering planets and even causing many deaths and still he hasn't stop there. Living on earth and assuming the identity of Oroku Saki and as The Shredder so he can build his own empire and try to destroy the ones who have imprison him by the point of building a spaceship and conquer every planet and of course Earth.

Vilgax (Ben 10): Vilgax wants to conquer the entire galaxy, even if it means destroying many planets to do so like he did with the Petrosapien homeworld. Trying to get the Omnitrix so he can build his own army of aliens on his command.

Gorrath (Megas XLR): Gorrath may lose to Coop many times yet he can be menacing since he and his entire Glorft army has conquered Earth in the future, probably many planets have conquered. What i like about Gorrath is that he thinks Coop's a worthy adversary, even when he sees Coop's tactics being Strange and also taking his anger on the Commander

Darkseid (Superman/JLU): Ruler of the Planet Apokolips yet he wants to conquer more planets, bringing despair and misery to others. By doing that he's searching for the Anti-Life Equation where he can control any existing life in the Universe. What i like about Darkseid is that even when Superman won, the people of Apokolips carried the wounded Conqueror and replies to Superman "I am many things, Kal-El... but here, I am God".

Frieza (Dragon Ball Z): Almost forgot Frieza, Another powerful galactic overlord who has conquer and made people be afraid just by hearing his name. Already conquer seventy-nine or more planets and still wants more even if he has to kill his most loyal servants like the Saiyans.

My most favorite Intergalactic Conquerors are:

Megatron(All Transformers series) - Awesome, evil megalomanical leader of the Decepticons/Predacons/Vehicons who's been such a fantastic robotic space conqueror wanting to destroy the Autobots, & I loved all of his new design changes especially his awesome new Transformers:Animated look who's more superior/epic.His cameo in Family Guy was hilarious along with his awesome scary robotic voice.

Darkseid(The Super Powers Team/Superman/Justice League/Unlimited) - Megalomanical ruler/planet conqueror of Apokalips who's the greatest, baddest, sadistic, horrible supervillain in the DC Universe who loves to bring despair/misery towards others like controlling Earth, backstabbing others like Bruno, & killing Superman's friends like Dan Turpin which that's WICKED.His epic battles with Superman/Orion were awesome/brutal as well.His Dr.Claw voice from Frank Welker was awesome which suits his evil character.

Thanos(Silver Surfer/The Superhero Squad Show) - Awesome evil space conqueror who's powerful to easily take on & defeat the Marvel superheroes in the comics, WOOW.His team-up with Adam Warlock & the superheroes to battle Magus & the Goddess were pretty great stories featuring him.His clashing with Darkseid was so epic.His role in The Superhero Squad Show was awesome/funny.

Despero(Justice League/Batman:The Brave & the Bold) - Awesome 3-eyed space conqueror of Kalanor who was the greatest powerful opponent the Justice League ever faced before when he overpowers them.His role for overthrowing/destroying the Green Lantern Corps. & corrupting Mogo while brainwashing his victims was pretty awesome in his evil character.I so loved his many cool scary transformations in the comics as well.

Gorrath/Zarek(Megas XLR) - Evil leader of the Glorft who's a great threatening/funny space conqueror.His hatred/grudges against Coop were great/funny along with his many defeats.His team-up with Coop to battle Evil Coop/Kiva was awesome & while making peace with Coop, he makes a mistake destroying his army which was hilarious, so much for their partnership, hehehe.He looked so cool/muscular without his big spacesuit.The S-Force's archenemy who's a pretty cool pointy-eared freaky space conqueror villain who parodies Battle Of The Planets' Zoltar & Jeff Bennett did him justice.

Vilgax(Ben 10/Alien Force) - Awesome, powerful evil space conqueror/planet destroyer who will stop at nothing to obtain the Omnitrix in order to create his own army to conquer many planets, cool.His battles with Ben & his team and surprising team-up with Team Ben to battle Ghostfreak made the series so awesome.Steven Blum did awesome in his villainous roles during the Ben 10 series which made it epic, he can do evil alien voices really well.

King Zarkon(Voltron) - Evil ruler of Planet Doom & one of the rulers of the Drule Empire.He's awesome, vicious, ruthless, is most feared by the humans, & can't stand failures by his goons especially his own son as well, hehehe.In Voltron:The Third Dimension, it shocked me that he redeemed himself becoming a member of the Galactic Council.

Frieza/King Cold(Dragonball Z/GT) - The greatest heartless, worst villain who's a megalomanical space conqueror/planet destroyer who destroyed Planet Vegeta & the entire Saiyan race of a Super Saiyan fear, killed the fathers of Goku/Vegeta, tortures the Namekians for the Dragonballs to wish for immortality, goes too far to kill Dende, Vegeta, & Krillin which that's EVIL:evil:, & I so loved his final true form which makes him look like an alien chick, hehehe, which makes his race interesting.Frieza's father who's more powerful than his son, but got killed off by Future Trunks sadly which he would of had more screentime.

Commander Sazabi/General Zeong(SD Gundam Force) - Awesome, powerful evil leaders of the Dark Axis who're a pretty great robotic, megalomanical space conquerors that are powerful fighters as much as I loved their cool frightening designs.

Frieza is definetly a classic. I think it's something to do with him being built up just right, that we got to see his tyranny in the current story arc but further that it/he was the reason the story even started really. You have to love a guy who has conquered and renamed so many planets he actually has to apply numbering to them!

The Megatrons deserve a mention. Granted some were generally hopeless (G1), hams (BW, UT) or just a bit too thin on character (RiD), but he's certainly an icon of outerspace tyranny.

The Dark Axis from SDGF were fun. Much like Frieza, I think conquerors work better if they're established to have already achieved some success. Too bad that the dub gave Commander Sazabi such an uninspired voice :shrug:

Last ones for now- Hordak and Skeletor. Much like Megatron they were generally limited by the formula they were trapped in but you have to respect them. I mean, Hordak turns into a rocket. A freaking rocket! *flails arms and laughs in rotoscope*

Galactus! Maybe not a conqueror on purpose but he eats freakin planets! Plus he is HUGE!

I'll definitely go with Frieza. I think one thing that sets Frieza apart from the other villians in DBZ is how evil he is. Cell and Majin Buu may be evil, but they were created (by Dr. Gero and Bibidi) to be monsters, unlike Frieza who did everything willingly. He nearly eliminates an entire race (killing Goku's father in the process), terrorizes Vegeta and kills his father, kills and tortures countless namekians, tortures and kills Vegeta, blows up Krillin from the inside out, etc. He's also very polite while doing it.:evil:
