Favorite Gundam Pilot Archetype

Definatly the Easy Going type, although, if you'd included a poll for 'Grisled Veteran who unfortunatly finRAB himself on the wrong side of a conflict' The Raraba Rals, Norris PackarRAB or Sergei Smirnovs, I'd have voted for them too, though I guess they very rarely get to pilot Gundams do they.

The only one is Andy from SEED and that's for like 1 episode, using the dog Gundam (Still don't know where the frack he got that from.)

Easy-going. "Hey, everyone! Stop fighting!" *destroys humanity* "Please?"

Oh yeah, Andy. Yeah I think he was my favorite character in Seed. Him and Mu who would losely fall into that similar category. Though he's more in the 'Veteran pilot who unfortunatly is relegated to babysitting to goram teenagers while they pepetually wet themselves' Ensign Bright archetype. I like those too, but they're clearly not gundam pilots either.

Well, Mu became an official Gundam pilot the last dozen episodes in SEED, and gets another Gundam in Destiny.

Of course, they never call them "Gundam" in the CE universe so >.>

The original 'accidental pilot' in Amuro and Kamille is a favorite of mine, and while I didn't vote for it I also liked the 'stoic' if only for Setsuna who turned out to be a pretty cool guy.

Wow, I gotta stop using that Yamcha meme.

Although Duo Maxwell isn't my favorite Gundam character(but pretty close). I choose easygoing. A show can be more exciting with a character such as that.

Well, seeing this poll reminRAB me why I like the commanders so much.

Anyway, the accidental pilots on this poll are the ones I always like the most. Amuro and Camille are OK in my book.

Stoic and Cold, simply because they're the type of chaaracter that has a much more interesting evolution than the other archetypes. They know their job and they do it well: War. However, that's all they do know. Its interesting to see how characters change and evolve into human beings when confronted with those who retained their humanity.

That, and they're not as whiny as the Accidental Pilot.
